The survey is being conducted for the City of Ottawa who is responsible for planning and managing licensed child care services in Ottawa. The survey is for parents of children 0 to 12 years of age who currently have their child(ren) in child care or expect to within the next 18 months. It asks about your personal experiences and opinions about child care services. The information will be used to improve access to quality child care services for Ottawa families. It will take you about 15 minutes to complete.
